The cooking laboratories
The teaching laboratories are the heart of Alba Accademia Alberghiera where the students discover through a learn-by-doing approach. The labs consist of the kitchen Brigade, the state-of-the-art Masterchef kitchen, the pastry lab, the dining room, and a full Italian-style coffee bar.

The stainless steel stations have modern induction stovetops and the latest technology necessary for high-quality cooking.
The kitchen has four high-resolution cameras and eight monitors that allow students to follow each phase of the teaching chef, with the possibility of live streaming.
Pastry and bar laboratory
Italian gelato and professional dough kneading machines are the principal equipment of the pastry laboratory; students learn how to prepare typical Italian desserts, cakes, and pastries.
In the full-service dining room, students can learn in a realistic restaurant industry setting.
Throughout the academic year, students work alongside an acclaimed guest chef of the territory during student-focused didactic dinners. These dinners are open to the public, where students help prepare, plate, and serve the guests.
